Woke up feeling very exhausted from yesterday's swimming and sun tan. Super tiring. But swimming at Jurong Swimming Complex was fun, fun, fun! :D Sure to go back again(: After that went all the way to mediacorp there coz my friend and i wanted to check some apparels out. Walked and walked in all the way, the journey to the building damn long and it's super ulu. Made a sorta wasted trip to find out that the garage sale was actually on only today ): Sian sian. Took 980 to Golden Mile Complex near Bugis to buy shorts. Had afternoon snack there too before i left for piano lesson at night. Dinner with parents and by the time i reached home, i was dead beat. But so fun, yesterday could chiong to 4 different places. Though tiring, how i wish everyday could be as that, life would be super exciting man! Only then there would be 刺激感! (:

Just so lazy to blog these few days.
Went back to visit the sec 3s at their LTC on tuesday night. Same chalet as last yr. Stayed for about an hour and left after that, so suay missed the last train and bus so in the end cabbed back with Bryan and Vincent.
Wednesday was rather boring cos i had to stay home to help my parents look after the house as the people came to fix the new aircon. Yay, finally cooler aircons(: Helped mum to clean up the mess after that before we went out for dinner. And these few nights are just so cold..Brr. Chill! Lol.
Woke up early for physics session today. Mrs Foo rocks man :D I think just 2 sessions enough to cover our physics revision, she's so efficient. Hope our class can perform well(: After that stayed back to play badminton in school with the same ppl on tuesday. It's getting more fun and fun~~ner~~ each time! Played till about 2 plus before leaving with Changda, Pin Che, Wen Nam, Tarang, Timothy and Yong Wei to parkway to eat lunch at kfc. After that, walked around, went to comics connection and challenger. And the funny thing is that we keep meeting strange people at parkway, gah:X Also dont know why. Zz. Bused back home and reached back at 5.

The good thing is my muscles dont ache so frequently and i no longer feel so tired after playing for so long hours. Guess im immune to it already(: Tomorrow still must wake up early because it will be swimming with my church friend at Jurong Swimming Complex! Looking forward to fun tmrw X)

Exhuasting day yesterday! Went with parents all the way to choa chu kang to see air cons and also because my father wanted to upgrade the home theatre system in our house. Look look see see for about 3 hours, then walked around at Lot 1 Shopping Centre. After that travelled all the way back to Parkway to view other shops and stuff. Walked and walked till my legs were about to drop. Ate dinner and homed at around 9 plus.

After church, went with my parents again to TM Courts to look for other deals. Bought a new watch from century square. Thanks mum and dad for the early birthday gift! :D Ate at the food court before we went back. And Mudpie Mcflurry is really nice (: Yum! Guess tmr ill be following mum to choa chu kang again to buy the air cons. These few days out with parents so often, im so filial.Lol.

Teachers day celebration yesterday! Party :D Slacked through the whole morning with celebrations in class(: Cake cutting, snacking and watched videos. Ended school at around 11 plus. Didnt do much in the afternoon, went with Bryan to eat lunch at Fork & Spoon at Toa Payoh. Thought it was a damn sian way to spend such a wonderful holiday so Bryan suggested we go catch a movie. Sad quite a few ppl cant make it, so in the end, went with Bryan, Jing Qun and Wee Bian to TM at night to catch Wall-e. Read the reviews for the show and apparently it was very good, so decided to watch it. Lol, Wee Bian couldnt watch his Kallang Roar! Haha. Too bad GV dont have ): I think on the whole, Wall-e not bad, combination of comedy, romance and an environmental message as the theme. Some parts quite funny, and they really animated Wall-e to follow human-like behaviour and emotions. Quite touching also(:

After the show went to eat at LJS but Bryan and I didnt eat so just watched the other two have their dinner. While both of us started to try out some cool frames using the camera in our phones. "Scandal" pic! Lol. Bus-ed back home with Bryan, 15 took damn long to come. Homed at about 10 plus. Bryan, next time mustnt miss my stop again! Haha! Or else must walk back and listen to music on the way again, lol. On the whole, yesterday night was fun :D

Weekend was bored. Wanted to catch a movie after church but didnt go coz it rained super heavily ): Time flies that its the start of PRELIMS tmr. Well, 1 week of exams, followed by sept break and then another week of exams. Full gear ahead! So much to cramp this week, hope my brain muscles wont ache >.<

Well, because it's the last day of oral today, sec 4s need not report for morning assembly tomorrow :D Yay, can wake up later! The first paper starts at 9am and its social studies..after that will be english paper 1. Damn, hands gonna ache after that again. But no choice, must whack it all out tmr.

Went to Thaipan to celebrate his birthday on Thursday (: Happy 15th!

Had the last P.E. lesson of my entire secondary school life yesterday.Sad): School's gonna come to an end soon. Really miss those fun times in class..4 years really fly past so quickly. Went to JooChiat CC to play badminton after school with classmates. Damn fun and wished we could stay longer, but too bad the court's been booked. Then walked to katong mall for piano.

Oh man, today's sure a bored day for me. Must go chiong for SS coz it's the first paper of prelims. Ahh! Hoping next week will pass real fast...Looking forward to Sept break!

Supposed to have p.e. in the morning but canceled due to some board of directors meeting in the morning, then no p.e. teachers around. Sian!
After school was much more interesting, went for SL interview until abt 4pm then played soccer for about an hour in the school synthetic turf coz 4A had interclass soccer match with 4H. Wah, damn tiring..Leg muscles starting to cramp ): After that rushed off for piano and then went with wl and the other few sec 3s to pp to buy tickets for tomorrow's chengsan concert and eat dinner. Quite fun lah today.

Yay, cheers to the women's table tennis today. Finally a medal after 48 yrs of wait! Singapore must jy for the finals, and maybe even strive for GOLD medal(:

National Day hol yesterday, went out with church friend early in the morning to watch Money Not Enough 2 at Plaza Sing(: Cant believe there's still quite a queue in the morning..Found the show quite okay la, didnt know why it flunked at the box office :X

Day 1 of GCE O Level English Oral Examination!

Yup, had o level english oral today. Was the sixth to go. Good thing the first day's topic rather easy, was talking about elderly in nursing homes and stuff, and predicted the conversation topic on grandparents correctly (: Wooot!~ And i couldnt believe the examiner actually said well done to me before i left and he looks quite satisfied with my performance^^ Yay, hopefully can do well! Didnt really feel very nervous about today, and didnt really prepare coz i left my english RB in the Co room, so i ended up not doing anything over the long weekend. Really thankful for the friendly examiners :D

Happy 43rd national day! Shine for Singapore~! (: Lol, reminds me of Amos, he damn funny yesterday..

Just came back from cousin's house for steamboat. Watched a bit of the national day parade, then after that went with cousins to play badminton! xD After playing, my cousins and i were like so high and thirsty we decided to try out some cool drinks..so we went to mix tropical fruits syrup, with nutmeg syrup, then pour some honey and finally Glucose (Grape flavour). LOL. What a wonderful concoction! Tried it and surprisingly its drinkable (: Yay, so proud to have created such a special drink! =.= Gosh, my stomach's churning? Hope i dont get diarrhoea tonight :X

Today is 8/08/08 - the eve of National Day and the day where the Beijing Olympics '08 will kick start! And this is my 111st post! (:

Didnt really celebrate national day in school today, there was only a simple observance ceremony thats all ): Instead, VS celebrate national day by having our school's annual cross-country run! Except this yr it was in ECP instead of MacRitchie..

It was so super sian at first in the morning coz had to wait for the other levels to finish their run before it was the B4 boys turn. Participated in the competitive run and only started running at around 9am. Yay, go Glam House! The entire distance was 4km. Started with a slow pace at first, then suddenly before i reached the mid-way point, i needed to use the toilet coz i was urgent, but i couldnt stop, so i ran all the way in order to faster finish the race and go toilet. lol, i think that motivated me and in the end, managed to get 25th position among the competitive runners in the cohort. Damn wasted man..missed 5 positions to an individual medal. Sian. But still managed to clinch a team medal where overall Glam came in 2nd! (: Hooray!

Exhausted. Later still going out to TM and then have to rush over to attend my church's 44th anniversary at Newton. Pics in the next post, and be back to post again!

Went for speech day yesterday. Couple of technical errors here and there, but on the whole, the event still managed to proceed (: Cheers to 132 years of history for VS! Victoria, thy triumphs see XD Watched VSCO perform as a student audience, can say it was quite impressive as they did improve, overall it was not bad. VSCO, continue to work doubly hard for SYF '09 and im sure you guys can do it! Go go! ;]

After speech day, went to the CO room where the whole comm started camwhoring, guess they just cant get enough of it, haha! :X Well, after all the fun and laughter, went with Bryan to eat at BK. Talked alot and thanks for the company! Waited for the bus at bus stop for super long, and when the bus came it was so packed so in the end, didnt take >.< Then in the end, Bryan's father gave me a lift back since it was on the way. Thanks once again! ^^

Woots! Yesterday was so damn fun XD

Reached school at around 830am and changed into formal dressing. It was so cool larh, to see the whole sec 4 batch dressed in full formal. Rare sight! Had the different sharing sessions in the morning, i went for engineering and infocomm. I think the engineering talk was quite okay..the speaker told us to be relaxed and ask questions during the talk and for every question asked, you'll get a souvenir. So i was like joking, might as well just ask him "Sir, can i have a souvenir?" then can get already lor. Lol. But that would be so cheapo. >.<

After the talks, we had the 4-course lunch held in the hall. Well, i expected something nice, but the food wasnt that fantastic, firstly, the appetizer sorta made me lose my appetite already, lol. Then the main course was baked chicken chop with rice, wah, i was so suay, i found 2 strands of hair in the chicken! Omg lah, what kind of fine dining is this?! lol. Then changda and edwin were saying its retribution coz i got more soup than them before that, haha, its really 报应 =.=

After lunch, took many group photos and then left for TM with the whole big gang of 4a to watch movie! Yesterday movie outing really damn successful, i think about 20 over ppl went, damn fun! After that, we split up with more ppl watching dark knight., then the rest watched Hellboy II. I watched Hellboy coz i watched dark knight already. Hellboy II: The Golden Army was not bad and even though i didnt watch the first hellboy, it was still interesting though. Quite worth watching i suppose (:
Waited for the rest at century square to finish their movie then the remaining of us went to eat dinner.

Wah, its so so sooo freaking hard to find a place at TM to eat dinner, we walked and walked around the shopping centre to find a suitable place to eat and after half an hour, still couldnt find any. Super crowded mann, even the food court, all the fast-food outlets and restaurants all got so many ppl. Sian, in the end, we ended up eating at Ajisen Ramen. Queued for quite a long time before we got seats. Tried their spicy octopus ramen, and i got scammed! Lol. The octopus didnt even look like octopus, they gave me like small, round, bite-sized bits of octopus. Cant believe i spent so much on that >.< But the ramen was nice though (:

Homed at around 930pm and thursday&friday were 2 really enjoyable days! Wonderful moments spent with class :D

Yay! What an interesting day today! Day 1 of Camp Emerge, so no lessons(:

After all the mock exams and ever-tiring lessons, finally we're given a break! And i think today was really a fun day and i definitely learnt alot. Not just ordinary courses, but the trainers and coaches were great! XD (like to tell lame jokes though >.<} Yup, the time today was well spent! And i believe the skills we learn will surely be of use, especially in the future. Looking forward to tmr~! Think it'll be another fun day and all. And the best part is, sec 4s only need to report to school by 845am. That means can sleep longer :]

Had church in the afternoon and couldnt go celebrate with the rest ):
Went with church friend to watch The Dark Knight at century square after church.
The movie was ok, but was super long! So it was kinda tiring, and after the show felt like vomiting:X Also dont know why but my stomach felt kinda bloated.. The person who acted as Joker really acted the role damn well! Saw Danial, Yun Sol, and Ernest after the show..Didnt know they were in the same cinema and somemore sat like 1 row behind me..lol.

Just homed about 10 minutes ago. Super tired and having a slight headache. Guess ill be sleeping early tonight. And argh, wrist still hurts a little from playing badminton on friday..But it was really fun playing though..esp during p.e.! (:

Recently got so many ppl change blogskins lol..

Went to support VS B Div national soccer finals against sports school at jalan besar stadium on wed. Much anticipated match as it's been quite a long time since VS got so far..Even though we did put up a good fight, we lost 4-0 against sports school (not forgetting sports school train whole day everyday one lor) But as what mr maran always say: It's not whether you win or lose, it's how you play the game (: Because of wed match, mr low postponed geog mock exam to thurs just so that sec 4s can go down to support :D

Took geog elect mock paper on thurs after school then write till hand damn pain. Then like 10 mins before the paper ended, which means just when i was writing like there's no tomorrow, pen no ink >.< Damn sian larh coz i was rushing for time..Zz.

Friday had p.e. and got to play badminton again. Fun! but tiring of course. xD But how i wish got p.e. everyday! Stayed back for bio test after school then went to co room to see their dazu, after that went down to the library. Went for piano at about 5 plus after that met the co gang for dinner at kfc. After dinner got quite a bit of leg muscle cramps..but after that ok already. Guess i over-strained a little :X

Went to bukit timah with parents ytd and managed to buy a pair of jeans! (: But bukit timah so very far lah, spent like half the journey sleeping.lol. Guess i wont want to go there again. . Ate dinner and homed at around 9 plus. Tired.

Couldnt sleep really well the past 2 nights, guess ill get an early night tonight. . this week still got triple science mock exams, damn exhausting man. Especially since all the papers are after school ):

Happy YOUTH day to all youths! Let's enjoy our wonderful youth while we still can xD

Shall blog very briefly on the past few days.
Friday was a usual slack school day. Did nothing much but badminton for pe was fun! Shiok, esp. when not too many ppl are playing and the whole hall is so spacious (: after school, went for lunch with vincent and jq at kfc where vincent drank only a cup of PEPSI light. Unbelievable. Woah, somebody resisting temptation leh, not bad. Keep it up, just dont become anorexic :p lol.
Sat also didnt do anything much. Stayed at home till evening then went out with parents to eat dinner at heartland mall. I dont think im ever going to go there again coz its so small then nothing much to see also.
Yesterday not bad, quite fun. Had to go church early in the morning for service then went for tracting in the afternoon. After that met jq and bryan at tm, then we went up to buy tix for us and them (: Caught the 510pm show of 'THE STRANGERS'. The storyline not really very concrete, quite lame for a movie, but the director not bad sia, can film everything within one location. Then the whole show basically just creates suspense and thrill throughout..The last part no proper ending, definitely for the sake of scaring i would say. After the movie, saw popcorn all over below some of the seats, looks like some of the audience really got scared. lol. After that, dinner at long john's then played some sort of catching before we went back =.=

Today amaths lesson was damn funny. Mr chan walked into the class, then after we stood up, we got lectured coz we took a long time to settle down and stand up to greet him. So he talk and talk, then suddenly halfway one of the scholars yawn. Then mr chan ask "who yawned?", the scholar raise his hand then say "me". Mr chan replied: "Why you yawn? Apologize to the class now!" Woah, i was like laughing loudly inside me lah, its like yawning is a natural process wad, how can you stop yourself from yawning lol, then somemore so lame must say sorry to the class. Changda beside me was giggling too. Wah, Mr chan really ultimate sia. LOL.

So many things happened today..haiz..hope for a better tmr..

Went for KC EMDD XI on friday night. . Very interesting (: On the whole, it was really quite a blast i would say, got both chinese and english drama performance (and partly some tamil entertainment i dont understand LOL *no offence*), choir and dance, and of course KCCO's repertoire of 3 songs :] I think it really was not bad overall and definitely worth going. And the setting of the place is cool, so many rooms for different types of performances! No wonder called arts house..haha.

Ah. Back to school tomorrow again for another routine timetable. This period really must 忍 all the way man, school is like either revision, do papers or go through papers, since no more lesson already.

Well, its back to school again!

Time zooms past so quickly it's already the last week of hols! Fast!
Yesterday went to school for geog paper review in the morning, then had a quick lunch in school before rushing off to VJC for my DSA. Well, hope can get into VJCO and of course VJC^^

Hihi everyone!

First, HAPPY BIRTHDAY JINGQUN! (:

Because i am pressured by so many ppl to update lol..i will update. Haha.

Yesterday was a super long day. went to co room at around 11 to pract for DSA (which is tmrw! so fast) . then after that i did my first guilty thing of ~~smuggling 4 ppl into VS~~ allowing 4 wonderful ppl into our beautiful school (LOL). so yea, they stayed and watched jing qun go into the pond- 2nd guilty thing of yesterday. But since it was the second time, group effort helped us break record of 15 mins (: haha, much faster than last time!

After that, went to TM for lunch at Pizza Hut. Lol, was like on the phone 90% of the time. =.=
(3rd guilty thing: nxt time not enough money to eat dinner must say mah, dun go G****** and sell **** LOL. so lame.) Time passed so quickly, by the time i put down the phone it was already 4 plus. then jingqun went home to put his stuff down first then meet us again later at 6. But the rest of us went to parkway to get his nice birthday cake (lol too bad nvr smash :( -so sad) while he met siting, kaywerlyn, jasmine and joan first. jingqun, sorry for pangseh coz we need to get your cake haha!

Then after that went to east coast. Both sides like fighting cold war liddat . lol.

Went to beach, macs and bk. nobody hardly talked so played cards and blah..Cut cake at around 9 plus, the rest went back after that then left jingqun, bryan , vincent and me. well, the night was SO FUN hor ppl? lol. play with cream =.= all the way till around 11 plus like that then went back...jingqun didnt tiok any cream, vincent was like totally clean coz they dont want throw at him, then bryan and i kena. actually the first time i kena could dodge one then bryan go block my way along the path, thanks lah-.- haha. Homed at around 1130pm.

then after that pass by City Link Mall. my FOURTH time in a week. LOL.

Went for piano after that then ate dinner with my parents then went home.

First post of the holidays!

Yes, June has finally arrived (: But while it's time to enjoy, sometimes still have to worry about acads. All the extra lessons and all, and holiday homework and the many many mock exams to come when school reopens. Prelim1: 11 points, prelim 2? Didnt do as well this term, but really hope can pull this score lower (:

ok enough of this for now. Let's talk about holidays!

Been through a really fun and busy weekend XD it's like out the whole day and rushed to so many different places. What excitement! lol.
Friday was the Prefectorial Board farewell PART1 (2nd part at the last week of hols, cant wait! haha). Well, basically it just consist of the semi-lunch-dinner treat at Eatzi @ Eastpoint. Didnt know that Eatzi was actually the same as Jack's Place >.< So yea, all the sec 4s received this wonderful treat from our juniors. Walked around a bit then yea, after that the whole group decided to go to Tampines Safra to play bowling, LAN and stuff. Was going down the escalator, then i saw them. It was like omg, didnt expect to see them here. 1st concidence. Hahas. So didnt followed the group to Safra, instead i stayed at Eastpoint :D Then met up with jq and weeb at Eastpoint too, watch them eat dinner... at around 7 plus, after ppl left to go to aunt's house (lol..), went with jq to safra, coz we were super bored them got nothing to do also. So we go there, then bowling not available coz they having some tournament. And guess what? We both decided to play darts. Actually darts quite fun and quite cheap also. Not bad ah, jq! Lol. Got a bull's eye each! (: After playing two games, we walked out and saw the remaining prefect gang who went to play LAN. Then we decided to follow them to TM to spent the rest of the night. Went to arcade, played a bit of the hockey game, then watched the rest play coz not enough money to spend on tokens -.- Yea, basically that was abourrit and homed at abt 11 plus..

Saturday, also went out whole day. Lol. Went to CO room in the morning, wanted to ask mr goh to help sign the vj dsa appplication and then also to take the lq book. Lunched at burger king then in the afternoon,went for my piano. The lesson quite fun, coz got a chance to try out a few duet pieces with my teacher hahaa. Then after that, met with parents and grandfather to go for dinner. After dinner was spending the night at cousin's house! My aunt and family just came back from their Shanghai trip so ask us go over to like pass us some stuff and view photos. etc.. Watched many youtube videos with cousin, and then did some iq test thingy with them. lol. Aunt is very nice! Gave us a lot of things. . She gave me a jersey and a special 'herbal' pillow which is supposed to improve blood circulation and good for health or sth..(she said cost about 130 sing dollars if bought in singapore!) then gave my parents a few packets of tea leaves from the lowlands and a very nice silk blanket. So yea, talked and talked and reached home past midnight...

Went to church yesterday as usual which ended around 4 plus. Then went out with parents to..many places. If im not wrong, we went from Raffles City, to the Cathay, then walked down to Plaza Sing and lastly headed over to Bugis junction..And when i was going down the escalator, saw them again. lol. 2nd time in 3 days. Wah, really super coincident leh lolx. Walk around and around until leg pain sia..Lol. Managed to get a new bag (: And didnt know bj got so many shops that sell food now..like a food paradise like that..ate dinner then went home already.

Yea, the holidays are coming! Everyone seems to be in holiday mood and its party all day! :D

But i guess sec 4s really might have no life this time, coz i heard there's going to be lessons and more lessons during holidays. hais...sian diao. what more tmr getting back all the results for all the subjects. lol, what vincent siad was right, better party as much first, all else tmr after results come out might not have that much free time to enjoy le.

Today was a really hectic day man. 1 vesak day and i managed to run a couple of places, actually from east all the way to west. lol. went out at 10am to have a short meeting for the coming head prefect elections 08, then after that stayed a while in school to play soccer. Hot but fun! Haha. then aftert that around 12 plus, went to church area to meet my friends then we went to NUS (damn far larh! at buona vista..) to play soccer at the street soccer court. Playing for long hours under the sun really drains out ur energy man..super tiring! After that around 530, went all the way to TM to meet jq, vin and ashley for dinner at ljs. Sorry ps was late! >.< i think im never gonna travel from the end of the west to the end of the east ever again, at least NOT by pulic transport. lol. And yea, vin, i will find you the evidence to shut you up haha! Or else ill start propaganda on bleach and soul society again! lol.

Now at home blogging. watched the 9pm channel 8 show just now. Wah, im super exhausted today. damn hectic seh! But not bad, all in all was quite fun! xD

got back 2 CA 1 results today, social studies and chemistry.. well, my class didnt really score that well for ss, but many got between the range of 14-17, and this time, the number of failers have decreased (: good thing i pulled through this and got an A2 >.< coz i didnt write conclusion for both essays and was kinda scared i wont score for content points.

we got back our chem papers today sia, that's totally like sudden lar! took on monday, and didnt expect the scripts to be marked so fast..lol, even jq's class who took their CA 1 week before me still hasnt got back yet. haha, same teacher but sec 4 scripts take higher importance? lol.. -.- anw, chem is A1 lo! Whoa, cycling in the afternoon is hot and tiring, but it's a good way to get tanned easliy and HAVE LOTS OF FUN! I was the bigger 'banger' of the day...>.<
and guess what, i had a close shave with landing up in the hospital just now. Scary sia..
We had gone all the way from East Coast to Changi Airport and then reverse back. Just as we were like less than 200+ m away from the bicycle shop...i was racing with Bryan and was speeding like siao..coz Weeb and I wanted to take over him lol...then suddenly out of the blue, one guy cycled over, perpendicular to my direction (i was travelling straight ahead vertical, he was horizontal) and then i banged into him. HENG bryan was there! lol. I fell off the bike and hurt my hip bone and got a small cut on my elbow. But really thank God that nothing serious happened to me. I was actually quite surprised that i didnt fly off in the air and landed in a coma. Seriously that could have been the outcome since i was going at a damn fast speed and crashed into another bike with such a great impact. What an experience! Phew!

Pulled through another week of fatigue...

Anyways, yesterday's performance was the very first exposure the sec 2s receive after being 1 year in VSCO. Well, i wouldnt say that exposure was fantastic, but i dont really have much to comment >.< Only one thing maybe: The conditions sux! Not say the score stands keep falling and the scores keep flipping here and there arh..not say..

Would like to commend the following for this performance:

1. Our Sec 1 DSA Dizi player, Norris! He's really a fast learner :)
2. Suona player, Ming Hao :D Well, i admire your persistence and hard work, rock on!
3. ALL the sec 2s XD Nice working with you people, but remember next time must help out more k? Haha.

I would like to comment on today's dazu attendance. I havent seen such beautiful attendance ever since SYF pract man! Seriously improve a lot le! Guan Yue sec 2s, besides Ze Qing, Xiong Le and DaBo came too. And cello bass had about 7 ppl? Xian Yue still the same 7 sec 2s? If we can keep and train these number of members, then we can return to our original standard lo! I'm surely looking forward for that day to come! But seriously the attendance had never been that good for very long le and i really want to see it happening every week, keep it going this way guys! =)

*But remember, quantity HAS to come with QUALITY too! and QUALITY means COMMITMENT AND STANDARD*

Yes, today is the last day of 2007! Any new year resolution people? Well, im really looking forward to the year of 2008- where exciting and newer challenges will take place (except Olevels >.<) So fast, in 2 days time, ill be sec 4 le. "4 years in VS, long enough to write a storybook" HAHA. True. The holidays this time round, you can say it's short but i feel it's rather long too...and draggy. I'll miss the holidays :(

Year 2007: One filled with many things to learn and many experiences to take back.

Victoria School Chinese Orchestra December Residential Camp: 26th to 28th Dec, has finally come to an end. Many "behind the scenes" work had to be done to ensure activities go on as planned. It wasnt all a bed of roses for the planning committee when you see 4 other CCAs having their camp the same time as us- sleeping area was a problem, area for activities was another problem, etc. However, the thing that im very grateful about is that we could still work together with the rest of the CCAs and come to a common consensus, and whatmore, our activities could still continue as planned. So this is something i should be very thankful of, and definitely hoped that all members who attended the camp did enjoy the activities. Go the VSCO blog for the latest announcements =)

There's a chinese saying: "一波未平，一波又起"
Personally, i feel this aptly describes VSCO in the year of 2007. Just when we are settling an issue, another hurdle comes before us to tackle us. And it goes one after another.. This is especially true when we received news on the last day of our camp that we have to put up a performance for sec 1 orientation. We didnt have a booth this year, neither could we use the CO room for display, hence our only means to advertise for CO was to perform and by word of mouth. Anyway, we performed 童年的回忆, which i would say is commendable given the few hours of practice, so really well done guys and thanks so much for putting up a brave front to perform!

And during the Sec 1 Orientation, Mr. Low approached me and introduced me to Minister Yacob's son who just gained admission into VS. Well, it so happened that his son plays the cello, so yea..most likely he's joining CO? Should be bahx. Anyway this was what Mr. Low said to the Minister which made me freakin paiseh man! " Yang En is the chairman of VSCO and also the deputy head prefect...he went with me to Brunei....blah blah" Wah! I was damn 下不了台 at that instance >.< LOL. I'd been promoted =.= haha...

Yesterday, went out with my mum to Vivocity after church. YAY! Last shopping of the year~! Well, the thing at Vivo is really ex.. so quite hard to shop larz. But thanks to year end sale, i managed to buy a nice t-shirt for new year from River Island and a pair of pants from FOX Men's XD After that, went to eat dinner then before going back, bough a long piece of Australian nougat from Candy Empire. Wahh! I tell you ah..That store really has goodies and snacks from all over the world man. Interesting. Gah~ time passed so fast that before i knew it, we reached home at 11pm. Shopping seriously burns time, lol.

Activities lined up for me today, CO practice in the afternoon, then after that, will be rushing over to Rachel's house for YF Dinner till 8, then after that rush back to FSC for church Watchnight service from 10 till past past midnight. And ill be playing piano for the galz to sing tonight, so catch me live =.=

hi people!
if you're wondering where ive been these few days, then ill tell you now!
well, i was ~~sick~~ unwell from last sunday to tuesday...arghh down with asthma and flu sian...so i didnt manage to attend pract =(
On wed and thurs, i went for church camp in Johor, Malaysia! Well, the camp is actually from Monday to Friday, but sadly cant attend full time because parents' still have to work..We reached some place called Tanjong Puteri Golf Resort which was actually a very very nice place. The villa we lived in was freakin nice!!! And whatmore, the facilities they have is well...many....but not in a very good condition though..sigh. there was tennis, soccer, table tennis, snooker, bowling (damn slow..takes damn long to set up pins and always jam up de =.=), carrom..and swimming. =) Sad to say, i forgot to take pics down there =( =(
And may i commment on one thing, the food is bloody fantastic!! XD XD

Thursday Night- WOW! On the last night of the church camp, what served in front of my very eyes were grilled lamb chop (grill on the spot), beef and chicken. And the grilled hot dogs are definitely a first for me. It's finger lickin gooood!! Tender! Tasty! I lurve it mann!!! Dessert? Cakes and Pudding and fruits!

Yesterday night- WOW! Got kinda surprised when i reached home after buying logs yesterday. my mum bought PIZZA for dinner! YAY! Long time never eat pizza le ~DROOLS~ YUMMY LARGE HAWAIIAN....and to add on... crystal jade pastries and kueh. wahh, i tell you, you guys must try the crystal jade bakery mann! Its freakin nice, yes! Every single one of them! YUMM~!!

Tonight- YAY! Just came back from aunt's house coz she invited us over to her house for dinner. TURKEY! HAM! BACON! with brown sauce, cranberry sauce and apple sauce! seved with rice and coleslaw, and dessert was sweet sweet fruit cakes! SO FULL! but very nice XD

Yesterday was rather sian in the morning esp. after a night of JL/SL BBQ. Actually, COgang went to PP first (did we eat dinner? :X) where weeb, jq and alphons went to get the heritage shirt from bossini..haha! im getting mine today =) maybe later?

Then yesterday night went with Wei Liang and Ruth to watch Manjusri cum Gan Eng Seng Band Concert! Well, i only found the last 2 songs interesting...the rest were worth to fall asleep=.= Didnt go anywhere after SCH and reached home at around 1030pm. Tired.

Very long never blog liao, dont know whether im trying to find time or just plain lazy..
Anw, these few weeks quite heavy for me coz got quite a lot of ~~big and secret~~ stuff to handle. Time really flies.. Feel that this holiday ive been very slack and on non-activity days, i wake up at around 11? and that's already like 1/2 the day gone and the feeling of lethargic-ness steps in..

And talking about homework, NO. i havent begun, well i only completed E. Maths..which is not a big deal coz its not the sciences and mahs hwk which i worry about but rather the PROJECTS: Social studies, English and Chinese. The other subs hwk can leave till last-minute chionging and still can finish de, it's jut the projects that irritate me alot. and i feel very sian whenever i look at the assignments and i see that i only have about 3 weeks left till school reopens..=( I want my HOLIDAYS!!
I dont know why..its either the school givin too much homework, or im just not in the mood or lack the drive to start these projects, or rather both bahz..

BUT..its good to know that there's the TV and Comp to relieve stress, and 2 concets to attend, and.. a 2D1N church camp to go to=)

Yay! Updated.

Went for HCCO interaction ytd! Well, quite fun larz..but after planning for quite a number of camps, now participating in one again feels kinda odd, in the sense that its like a different feeling altogether. Haha. Anywayz, the interaction was a whole day event and we had to wake up so early (and whatmore i slept at 1am the night before to watch Suvivor China)! Good thing i didnt feel so lethargic at the start of the day. After the performances from Hwa Chong, our school and CCHM, we were split into grps..and i ended up with wj and bryan=) In any case, it was nice meeting the rest of the ppl from other schools!~ And our group leader too: Chen Yang En

Our day started wtwh icebreakers- Wacko! (expected=.=) where bryan was the biggest loser lol. No offence to him though but he was damn funny, haha! Should get you to facil for Wacko for CO camp ;D
Then we had activities lie pairing up and playing 'kampung soccer' and the Tug-Of-War which made ppl most shag, and the ever fun waterbomb..Sadly, the waterbombs were like gone in 5 min. and the planning committee started playing 'rough' with huge pails of water. HAHA! Poor Bryan again! Kena soaked-.- Oh and i forgot to mention, there was a game where we had to piggy back each other across a dist. Bryan piggy-ed me >.< Eh, this activity sounds familiar eh >.> *hint-CO Room-hint*

While the rest could still happily chat after the debriefing, i had to go off at 615pm, coz my aunt treated my whole family to watch a concert at Esplanade: Handel's Messiah. Woah!! The vocals are all bloody fantastic! Worth watching~ well, i found the interior of Esplanade fascinating and interesting and NICE (of course!)since its the first time i actually been to the Esplanade concert hall. XD XD XD Nice nice! And the concert was long, all the way from 730 to 1030~! Hiong sia, my day!!

After having a good rest last night, was kind of lazy to go chuch=( Coz today had to attend the earlier service at 1130am since i'll be tracting in the afternoon (Tracting means giving out tracts to bring more pepople to Christ..yea..sth like that lar ah). Sian-ed in the afternoon partly coz the Sun was freakin burning me..

After that, went to TM to see watch =) and eat dinner duh! after walk walk for abt 15 min..walked over to Century Square where more choices await me :D And then i saw adamn nice watch and very very worth it. And fits me too=) But sadly i didnt buy it though=(..Coz it overshot my budget lol..cost abt like $188. But for the quality its a very good deal, and also compared to other shops...Hope i will get it soon. Nice nice!~

i had FUN today.
well, in the afternoon!

SIAN-ed at home in the morning, went to download some bleach openings and endings coz recently got really addicted to the aniime music.

i did a BLEACH personality test!! just discovered it this morning, well, it was kinda interesting...and here's my result!

yeah, then afternoon went out to BISHAN J8 to sort of...shop, i would say. That shopping centre hasnt really changed much since i'd been there like about..say.. 2 months ago? But still quite nice to shop larz =)

Managed to buy a new sling back (Wootz XD) and a new striped T-shirt =) Wah, it feels so different, coz i so long nvr go shop le! I crave that feeling..lol.
Had Sakae Sushi Pizza set meal @ $4 for dinner. Well, i think that's very worth, consisting of a HUGE slice of pizza of your choice, soup of the day, and a HUGE bowl of green salad!

Was kinda a long day today...met john on 55 this morning then CUBE along until we reached school. And yes, im like in the cube craze now. This is like really lag lah, but still thanks to alphonsus, bryan and linus for teaching me=) 3 teachers ...each teach 1 layer lol. And anyway, bought my own mini 3X3 cube! its really small!

Oops, disgress. Went to school in the morning for LEAD! Convention meeting, well it was sort of eventful. and i was quite impressed with some of the ideas that the sec 3s in Operations comm came up with. I believe with good execution, the participants would definitely enjoy themselves XD So the meeting went on, on and on...until we went to celebrate Wei Liang's (aka IMBA) birthday.

So we went to cut cake, then after that at ard 4, went to SAFRA tampines to bowl and play table soccer! Table soccer is actually quite fun you know? and the XIAN YUEs are really pro-ded in bowling man! Wl, Bryan and Lin Chun were like the top scorers haha! IMBA!

As for tomorrow, =( Wont be able to attend meeting and pract as I would be helping out to play the piano for the youth day camp tomorrow. Ahh, out the whole day again man!

Im sooo fulll!!!

Went to cut hair after church today, then followed by Food Fair @ ExPo!!
Well, even though it is not the first time ive been to such food fairs, i still went this year for the simple reason..coz i was hungry!
Not much difference from the previous times i went, coz always when i enter hall 5 of expo, its always the mei zhen xiang stall! And this yr it STILL is! lolx.
First, let me tell my readers what i had for dinner:
Ehhh fried durian puffs, apple strudel, hainanese chicken rice, laksa, japanese snow ice, mango salad and many other small little foodstuff...
many other small little foodstuff= since i was like walking about trying this, trying that, i was already kinda full-.-

Something special about this year's food display is the really nutritious Rainbow Rice! Its basically a mixture of rice and beans e.g. brown rice, green beans, barley, etc. The first time i tried it just now, it tasted just like 黑糯米!Mmmm...yummy. But very ex, 10 pkts for $12.80!!

after that, went for my delicious japanese snow ice!! its basically flavoured ice shave that's originated from japan. well, its fruity and yummy, that's all i have to say! Tempted? It's $3.50 but for a large bowl.

then there was this stall holder who was trying to promote her lobsters at 3 for $10 offer price. so she said, "快来买呀！三个10 块！跳楼价啊！" HAHA! i was like sniggering at the side lah! I only hear ppl say 杀价, nvr hear got ppl say 跳楼价! Lol...

Walked and ate for abt an hour or so before i headed home. and GUESS who i saw on the way out? Its really unexpected though....
Basically, i saw Liu RenXing! *The sec 1 CO PON-er* Well, i dont think he saw me though. He was with his father, and they were like eating 肉干. LOL!

think it was a rather interesting day for me? i made my stomach happy =)

Ahhhh...finally back from VELOCI-T!
Was really tired when i reached back and slept at 9 and continuously for 15 hours.

VELOCI-T rocked! Most of activities were outdoor and more or less adventurous. There were hard skills we acquired and soft skills that could be learnt too from some activities such as the challenge rope courses. Mainly, the campers were suppposed to learn stuff like challenge yourself and being confident, learning to step out of their comfort zone and pushing your limits. well, i would say these are kinda superficial and are very 'expected' statements. Through the planning and execution of the camp, i learnt about decision-making skills, and being able to change activity into ACTION which i feel will be beneficial to me. I basically felt that it was rather enriching and it was indeed enjoyable working with the rest of the SLs.

This year, the campers were split into 4 diff tribes, namely, Forsati, Odin, Rhea and Thor. I was in charge of tribe Forsati and having gone through with each and every single member of the tribe 5 days 4 nights of fun and frolic has definitely made me know each and every one of them better. Well, you could say my tribe was rather the Talk Cock Gang out of all the 4 tribes. There were times when small quarrels broke out, but i could see that they really wanted the tribe to do well and finally, they were united and they constantly motivated each other in a diff way that we normally do it. I have seen how they had developed since Day 1 of camp. At the end of the day, it was well paid off when they won the Best Tribe at the end of the camp! Baik Forsati!

The campfire was the highlight of the nights. Well, it was rather sianz at the start when we were starting up the campfire. It was only successful at the third time =.= There were some new activites and games which was something new from previous campfires. The SLs even named the campfire: Evening of steamy skits! Ja..ja..jagan steam. LOL. But overall, it was a fun and memorable campfire. All tribes put up really good skits and their cheers were funny. Forsati's cheer was nice=) It goes something like this:

Whew! What a day yesterday man!

Had lots of admin stuff to settle for VELOCI-T! See how dedicated your seniors are? ^.^ lol..
then still have to pract for performance which is today, by invitation of Mr. Low for some korean visitors. Given only 3 days to chiong for preparation work, whoa! Really damn hiong. I just hope we can put up a 'performable' standard later.

But i have 3 camps awaiting me....but at least they are not EXAMS!

And i recently caught hold of another interesting anime introduced be ET. Well, its a science fiction kind of anime with quantum physics and using time as a dimension, titled Noein:

Fifteen years in the future, a violent battle using fictional technology takes place between two "timespaces": La'cryma, a possible future of our own universe, and Shangri'la, a dimension intent on the destruction of all space and time. The key to stopping Shangri'la's invasion is a mysterious object known as the "Dragon Torque" (竜のトルク, Ryū no Toruku?). A group known as the "Dragon Cavalry" is sent through space and time to find it. In the present, twelve-year old Haruka and her friend Yū are contemplating running away from home when they meet a member of the Dragon Cavalry named Karasu. He believes that Haruka has the Dragon Torque and appears to be Yū from fifteen years in the future.

Noein employs a conception of time as a dimension that resonates with other "timespaces." Haruka's Dragon Torque, which affects this relationship, takes the shape of an Ouroboros.

Noein makes use of several interpretations of quantum physics, particularly Hugh Everett's Many-Worlds Interpretation, which views the universe as branching off into an infinity of possible states of varying probability. It also draws from the Copenhagen Interpretation, which suggests that an observer or measurement is important in determining the decoherency of the probability. In the anime, Haruka possesses "supreme observer" status in the multiverse, thus enabling her to determine the sole outcome of an event just by "observing" one of the possible futures of the event.

In one episode, Uchida candidly explains to her bodyguard Kōriyama the paradox of Schrödinger's cat, whereby a cat is ambiguously suspended (exists in a "superposition") between life and death until observed. This act of measurement forces the cat's existence to "collapse" into one of the two possible states. She also mentions Albert Einstein's famous remark, "God does not play dice."

While the Many-Worlds Interpretation implies a divergence of timespaces, the anime also includes a possible future in which timespaces converge, an end the series' chief antagonist, Noein, works to accomplish.

Exams are finally over. Yay. But there are still lots of things which are not wrapped up completely....and what more, i still have 2 more non-SA2 exams to go. Chinese 'O's and Music theory. Im definitely more worried about my theory exam coz im left with only 2+ weeks and i still have lots more to go. in fact i just started and there's so much to learn, esp. the techniques. I force myself to push it on. I dont want to disappoint my parents. Neither do i want to disappoint my teacher. And myself too, coz ive reached thus far and do not want to lose it so easily just because i do not put in effort for the last lap. Ive got to do well.

There's also a personal reason for what drives me in working so hard for my exams. Dont bother asking, coz its personal. But it has sustained me and i have to keep it going to fulfil my aim. No matter how much i dont like to do something, i still have to push myself to do it or else i will never get the thing done if i just sit back and relax.

The roller coaster ride of emotions is wheezing past me again. Im not depressed or whatever, im just disheartened and discouraged. Ill tell myself im ok, and look on more positive things waiting for me ahead and always think of things i like or look forward to to suppress the feeling and let it fade away. i will think of things that make me happy and smile. well, as long as it makes my day :) Then i will be ok soon and get it picking up within me, i hope this will quickly end and that it will be no exception.

Sometimes i just wish i can start from scratch, to wind up the mistakes in my life....
