woke up early today to gear up myself for ice-skating@ Fuji Ice palace with linus, alphons, and vin. 2nd time there, but still was super excited. Everyone was early too, with Vincent being the earliest (He was 1/2 hr early!). Reached Jurong mrt at around 1030. and Jurong Entertainment center is just a less than 5 minutes walk from the station.
ice-skating is fun. i love ice-skating. i really wish i could go there every saturday, or maybe whenever im free (except my pockets would go 'pok' first..). its just so relaxing. its a totally whole new experience, every time i go there. ice-skating is truly instinctive, changing directing and turning is instinctive. I dont know about the rest, but for me, stopping is also instinctive. The last time, i went back half-knowing how to skate. Today, i knew i had definitely improved. and once you get the hang of how to skate and move, its really fun. In a land of freedom..imagine yourself alone in a whole area of ice, and there you are with a few of your truly close friends, skating around, in a land of no worries, in a land where dreams come true. how beautiful.
Today's experiece was rather fruitful. Not only did i improve my skating skills, we met a small cute boy named Lennel. While we were resting at a corner, he suddenly came to us, and told us we were skating in the wrong direction =.= Haha.so dat was how we met him and we started our rounds!! Anyways, he's really amiable and lovable! When we asked him his name, he replied: 'Lennel. Spell it backwards..' Haha! Also Lennel! Cool name right- its a first for me! XD got to know him better as i talked with him. and he can speak and express himself really well, given his age of 6. He goes ice-skating every sat with his 2 elder sisters who attend ice-skating lessons. He dosent attend lessons, but he can skate really well=) He also demonstrated the different types of 'stops' for ice-skating. Haha. It was efinitely nice meeting him. In total, we spent about 3 and a 1/2 hrs skating. i could still rmb the look on Lennel's face when we were about to leave, the eager face which says: When are you guys coming back? I really miss him, and i hope to come back soon enough X) Wished i had spent more time with him..Wished he was my younger brother XD
Went back home at 5 feeling nostalgic, even until now. However, im feeling much better after playing the piano. It really helped me to get away from the emptiness within me, calming my senses. i love piano. how i wish i could turn back time, to treasure the people whom i miss, spent more time with people whom i really want to spend time with, i really miss my fun childhood. i really wished i could relive all the fun moments in my life. i really wish i could..and i want to.
